Two nights later, complained about the noise at 00.15am, then at 4am I was woken by the 'helper' and the cleaner having a very loud shouty conversation outside my door. I later had to complain about the receptionist himself as him and three of his friends were loudly talking and laughing in the corridor until about 3am. On the second night, I complained to the receptionist about his music and he came to my room and called me a ”b****”. There was a man that the manager later told me 'just helps out' who sleeps in the common area by day and plays music and cleans at night. On two of four nights I was abused for complaining about the noise staff made most of the night, even though I was respectful but assertive when I did so. The second shift had a wheelchair, and it took a long time. Because there were so many people at the end of the park, we waited until the third shift to get on the bus. We waited for more than 40 minutes on the first night and walked back early. There is a shuttle bus to the park, but it is recommended not to wait. It's very close to the park, less than 10 minutes walk. We were about to check out on the third day, and we came to knock on the door to clean it at 9 am while we were still sleeping. I put two knives on the bedside table and didn't take it away, which means that no one came in. The weirdest thing is that when I came back from playing in the park for a day, I found that the room hadn't been cleaned. The temperature of the bath water was not high on the first day, which made me shiver, but it was fine again the next day, I don't know why. We asked someone to fix it, but the temperature was a little lower, and it was still 73 degrees Celsius. The room is big, and the facilities look okay, but when we entered, we found that there was a problem with the air conditioner.
